I began training to do a 10 second handstand back in 2008, at the age of 35. I slowly worked up to being able to do these more advanced handstand skills over several years of dedicated practice.

A lot of strength training went into being able to make this video, but every strength training session I did over the years began and ended with at least 20 minutes of joint mobility, muscular warm up, and a variety of corrective exercises.
