A dynamic flexibility exercise involves gently taking muscles and joints in and out of a range of motion to create flexibility and improve muscle coordination in particular movement patterns.

Here is routine that can be used as a  warm up or cool down for all kinds of activity involving the upper body.

You can also use these exercises as part of your rehabilitation of tight rib cage, spine, shoulders, arms, and/or wrists.

Try 1 to 3 sets of 10 repetition each day.
