A dynamic flexibility exercise involves gently taking muscles and joints in and out of a range of motion to create flexibility and improve muscle coordination in particular movement patterns.

Here is a a routine useful for activities involving walking, running, twisting, and/or kicking. It is also good for the rehabilitation of low back pain and dysfunction.

Try 1 to 3 sets of 10 repetitions, each exercise, each day.
